Overview

FPT LLC came to JaxonLabs with an already successful freight operation—but one that lacked a clear market-facing identity and scalable growth systems. Over the course of our engagement, we modernized the brand, built a conversion-focused website, and worked closely with leadership to structure their go-to-market strategy and internal sales systems.

1. Brand Refresh & Messaging

We revitalized FPT’s identity with a modernized look and feel, reworking their messaging to better reflect their operational strengths: 95%+ on-time delivery, 24/7 availability, and strong performance in dry van and reefer lanes. We clarified their competitive edge to appeal directly to supply chain managers and freight decision-makers.

2. Website Design & Development

We launched a streamlined, mobile-optimized website that showcases FPT’s core services and unique value proposition. The site includes trust-building elements like customer highlights, service explanations, and clear calls to action for quote requests and prospect engagement.

3. Lead Generation & Prospecting Strategy

We built and implemented systems for high-volume lead outreach via email and LinkedIn, focusing on industries aligned with FPT’s strengths—grocery, food and beverage, consumer goods, and raw materials. We developed outreach messaging frameworks and data enrichment strategies that drive connection.

4. Sales Training & Enablement

JaxonLabs created a full discovery call script and sales qualification framework to onboard a new sales manager. The script helps quickly identify viable opportunities while maintaining FPT’s no-hassle, professional tone. Daily activities and tracking systems were also introduced to keep performance consistent.

5. Executive Vision & Strategic Alignment

Beyond operational improvements, we worked with FPT’s leadership to define the long-term vision of the company and align marketing, sales, and client service around it.
