The Maui Strategic Reset is a small-group working retreat for founders, business owners and senior leaders who need space to think clearly about growth, positioning, leadership, priorities, expansion or a major decision. Hosted at North Shore Lookout in Upcountry Maui, the retreat is designed to combine focused strategic work with enough distance from day-to-day operations to see the business differently. This is not a conference or a packed networking event. The goal is clarity, better decisions and a practical path forward. WHAT WE'RE PLANNING • Guided small-group strategy sessions • Individual strategic working time and one-to-one conversations • Peer discussion with a deliberately small cohort • A welcome gathering on arrival night • Shared dinners and a closing send-off • A 90-Day Strategic Reset that turns the retreat into clear priorities and next actions PLANNED MAUI EXPERIENCES The retreat is intentionally built around both focused work and time away from the table. Our current activity plan includes: • Surfing and beach time — with options that can work for different experience levels • Golf — a relaxed afternoon on the course with the group The final activity schedule will be confirmed with the retreat itinerary and may shift based on conditions, availability and the makeup of the cohort. WHO IT'S FOR This is for leaders with something meaningful to work through: a growth decision, a positioning challenge, competing priorities, a leadership issue, a new direction, an expansion opportunity or simply the need to get above the day-to-day noise and think. WORKING 2027 PRICING Pricing is expected to vary primarily by room requirements and how many people are attending from the same company or group. Current working prices are: • Private Suite — $9,995 USD per person. For one participant with their own private suite throughout the retreat. • Shared Suite — $6,995 USD per person. For two participants sharing a suite. Ideal for colleagues, partners or attendees travelling together. • Team Experience — $5,995 USD per person. For 3–4 participants from the same organization sharing the larger team accommodation and working through the business together. Teams are welcome to attend while using separate private rooms; in that case, the Private Suite price would apply per person. Final pricing is subject to confirmed dates, room availability, accommodation assignments and the final retreat package.
